Guidelines
Sales Deadlines: All tickets
are now on sale and should be purchased as soon as possible
to avoid disappointment.
Payment: Full payment for
ticket purchases of one-day trips is due at time of
reservation. Overnight trips require 1/2 payment
at time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to trip
date. ALSO NOTE: A mandatory trip waiver must be
signed and returned to agency prior to bus departure.
Effective immediately, all credit transactions will carry a
4% service charge. Checks are to be made payable to Hunt
Travel Agency and mailed to 132 Spackenkill Road,
Poughkeepsie, New York 12603.
Refunds: All tickets are
NONREFUNDABLE unless seat(s) can be resold, by customer to
another customer on a waiting list (if available). All monies will be
fully refunded if trip is canceled.
Tickets: All tickets will be
distributed the day of event on motor coach. Note:
For all shows at the Bardavon, tickets can be picked up
at Hunt Travel one (1) week prior to event. For all other
shows, tickets will be distributed on the bus on the day of
the event.
Departure: Please be at
Casperkill Country Club 15 minutes prior to departure.
Designated parking is available in lower lot at Casperkill
CC.
Rates: Child Rate - Under 12
(where applicable)
Minimum: All events require a
minimum of 30 passengers. At the discretion of
Hunt Travel, lower minimum may be allowed.
